Case Management

Case Management Isle of WightUnder the 2015 Rehabilitation Code, an individual who has been injured as a result of an accident should have an Initial Needs Assessment (INA) completed by a registered and experienced health care professional.

Our Occupational Therapist works as a Case Manager in this instance, completing the INA and then facilitating a pathway through the rehabilitation process, in conjunction with the instructing solicitor, bringing together an achievable  plan for the client.  This plan aims to achieve optimum recovery, assisting an individual to re-build and re-shape their life after a serious injury.

If you have a query about instructing Case Management though the Island Rehabilitation Practice, do contact us and we can have an anonymised case discussion to explore the requirements.
