Training Needs Analysis

We offer a free of charge Training Needs Analysis (TNA) where we will visit your organisation and discuss training needs.

This will include what training is currently received by your staff group, identifying gaps in provision and then developing a collaborative plan of intervention which you may wish to invest in.
